The Melbourne Pantry's Salmon Gravalax starts with our unique curing and smoking method ensure delicate, clean salmon flavours and subtle, smokey undertones. We then cure the whole side with mustardm sugar, pepper and dill to create the most delicious Gravalax.

Hand-sliced to wafer-thin, our salmon is sourced from southern Tasmania.
